Pros
Active Culture is honestly the best place I’ve ever worked. The coworkers are unmatched, it genuinely feels like I’m just hanging out with my friends while getting work done. Everyone is supportive, positive, and fun to be around, which makes every shift fly by. The environment is fast-paced in the best way, so the time goes by so quickly, and I actually look forward to coming in. Management truly cares about work-life balance, which makes it so easy to balance school, life, and work without feeling burnt out. It’s one of those rare jobs where you feel appreciated, supported, and excited to be there.
Cons
It gets so busy sometimes and we tend to be understaffed which causes absolute chaos. Good thing most of us thrive under chaos lol (ONLY APPLY IF YOU DONT GET OVERWHELMED EASILY)
