Pros

Prior to Vista acquisition we enjoyed very low staff and client turnover. Post acquisition its a very different story.

Cons

Extremely inexperienced executive and management team who have successfully created a very caustic environment. End result is a huge turnover of staff and clients which is forcing the company to cut costs everywhere as they try to keeps the books positive for the sale Vista is so desperate for. Maybe someone will be dumb enough to purchance Active, maybe.

great people, with a great wealth of knowledge... however the business is changeling its direction to become more of a corporate environment; which is a great move forward, which will allow better processes and clearler, defined direction

Cons

lack of support across the business. due to the business being sold late 2013, a lot of people have jumped ship, due to the change in management and direction. as we go from a decentralized to a centralized business unfortunately we have to weather the storm of change managemnt for the time being

- Managers tend to be good sales people and not great Managers - Compensation structure can be hard to understand - Targets not always realistic - Managers can play favorites
