Pros
great people, with a great wealth of knowledge... however the business is changeling its direction to become more of a corporate environment; which is a great move forward, which will allow better processes and clearler, defined direction
Cons
lack of support across the business. due to the business being sold late 2013, a lot of people have jumped ship, due to the change in management and direction. as we go from a decentralized to a centralized business unfortunately we have to weather the storm of change managemnt for the time being
