Pros
I gain many experience that is very useful on my future career. In this company i gain more confidence talking with the clients and collaborating with different people. And also this company has a high compensation pay with alloted allowance.
Cons
There are moments when the project is delayed because the office ignores our requests for the project. Leaders need to hear from every employee in their company to became more effective and proficient.

Projects are located in far places especially if you are assigned in the provinces. But overall, it is a good experienced. I survived because of the people whom I became friends with
