      OT Until 10PM? Yes, But Grab Claims + RM15 Nasi Lemak Allowance

      Pros

      Meal allowance RM15 after 8:30PM OT. Transport claims, Grab or if you taking train, you can claim mileage from office to home if working past 10PM. Meal allowance and transport claim is auto approved. And during peak period you can still claim OT at x1 rate. Submit OT form to HR.

      Cons

      Staffs normally claim Meal & Transport, but seldom claim OT unless management specifically mentioned you may claim OT due to double plotting of engagement or cost not overrun.

      Boss is ridiculous But the most ridiculous is the Female aunty staff Samantha, workplace bullying Everyone is OT even nothing to do, nobody dare to go Even told me “you have to at least stay for 30mins - 1 hour everyday even you have finish work, You cannot go back on time “
