Pros
Used to think that this was an opportunity, I was mistaken.
Cons
1) threatening based culture. Always threatening with salary cuts and firing people 2) in my 4 years working there, I have 4 managers and 3 CEOs. 3) it doesn't function as a business. More like who knows who style 4) very toxic culture from top management 5) no appreciation for people who work and work overtime 6) many employees are burnt out and many ended up with serious (and sometimes fatal) health issues due to the culture and work load 7) obviously that all leads to no work life balance. They are vocal about it - the management doesn't like the term work life balance.
