Cons

Leadership is authoritarian. They make it difficult to discern if they are pathological liars, completely incompetent, or simply senile. The lack of transparency and punishment of candor damages morale and destroys any remaining sense of psychological safety at Ad Astra. Career growth and personal development are at the bottom of the endless list of priorities - your skills will stagnate and deteriorate during your stay, which makes it difficult to find employment after your turn for turnover.

"Unlimited" time off that is capped at 3-5 weeks based on years in the company.

Cons

4 days a week in office and wouldn't be surprised if they move full RTO soon. Lots more growth for some teams and positions than others. Managers are often people without mangement experience outside Ad Astra which makes it hard for those below them.

The culture is great and I think the owner is a good leader representing the company. The people are definitey the biggest pro here.

Cons

Upward mobility is not the best. Not many opportunities to move upward and the commission is not great honestly. The work can be pretty boring at times as well.
