The lack of transparency and punishment of candor damages morale and destroys any remaining sense of psychological safety at Ad Astra. Career growth and personal development are at the bottom of the endless list of priorities - your skills will stagnate and deteriorate during your stay, which makes it difficult to find employment after your turn for turnover.
