DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about this place. If you are thinking about working here run as fast as you can.

Cons

This company will paint a pretty picture for you, promising you the chance to do advertising work and help small businesses, stock options, PTO and a 9-5 job. This is not entirely accurate. Once you start working here you will realize that the job description is extremely deceitful you will essentially answer online help questions all day, which is usually issuing refunds to users who do not wish to use the platform anymore. Other than that, you are to sit at your desk and pretend to be busy while middle management glares over your shoulder. You will feel extremely unrewarded and dehumanized doing this job. The middle management here is the biggest issue, there is no respect for employees here at all nor professionalism in how they handle situations. If you take PTO, there is a chance you may be fired without cause during the middle of your vacation. This type of occurrence is common practice, as their “startup” and “family” culture leaves no room for their employees to have any sort of a personal life. Avoid this company at all costs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our people and culture are very important to us and, while working at a fast growing company can be rewarding, it can also sometimes require team members to be flexible when new circumstances arise. We remain dedicated to providing an excellent workplace, and are sorry this wasn't a good fit for you.

Pros

Incredible Team Culture: The culture here is one of the best I’ve experienced—there’s a strong sense of like-mindedness, collaboration, and mutual respect. People are genuinely open to teaching and learning from each other, not just within departments but across teams as well. Engaging, Varied Work: The work is genuinely fun and dynamic. We get to collaborate with a wide range of businesses and clients, which keeps things fresh and interesting. Not every day is easy, but there’s always something new—so you’re never stuck doing the same repetitive tasks. Great Location: Working in downtown Nashville is a huge perk. There’s amazing food, fun local events, and plenty to explore and enjoy outside of work hours.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: We work hard, and at times that can mean staying late (until 6 or 7 p.m.), working an occasional weekend, or even checking emails during time off. It’s not constant—maybe once or twice a month—but it does happen, especially when we’re up against tight deadlines. Personally, I’ve never minded this because the work is interesting and rewarding, but it’s something to be aware of going in. Client-Facing Realities: If you're in a client management role, you’ll interact with all kinds of people—some who love what you do, and some who are harder to please. It’s just part of working in any service-based role. You need to be able to take feedback in stride and not take things personally.
