Collaborative team overshadowed by toxic management culture

The copy team was fantastic and exceptionally collaborative. The work is creative and engaging.
Cons
Hostile working environment - not only was there very sexist/toxic comments being made by senior team members, when appropriately brought to admin attention, it was not taken seriously. The severity of the situation was not taken seriously by the management - and unfortunately caused a very toxic environment - where the only scenario was for me to leave. Micro-management - The senior leadership was once again very micro-managerial - there was no scope for any differing opinions on the table, even good solutions were dismissed because it was not what the senior management wanted. Employees are not cherished - low pay, late pay, admin issues are all dismissed.
