The team I worked with was beyond fantastic. The collaboration was through the roof, with an environment sizzling with creative energy. Everyone (except a select few) was open to managing client overexpectations and making things work. It was a brilliant space for great writing and teamwork.

But then, there’s the micromanagement of strategic inputs—no room to experiment, just the same old approach every time. Any new perspective is shot down with overly cautious inputs. There are no clear KRAs or KPIs, just a very loose idea of expectations. And processes? Basically non-existent. Paychecks come in late (sometimes even late next month) with no warning, mid-year performance checks are rare, and appraisals feel like an afterthought.
