      Management needs to improve vastly. Too much internal bias for the company to do good vs. the employee to be fairly treated.

      The employees are really great to work with. They go above and beyond to help each other.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They'll frequently switch up directions on a project, and then blame the employees when it doesn't turn out the way they expected. Management will ask their employees for their opinions on projects, and then ignore them.
