They give you a good salary+benefits and the office is located in a good area of Barcelona
Cons
Even though the salary is good, the management of the admin/finance dept. literally destroy your everydays by the way how they treat you. You will see it maybe not on the first day but on the third, who knows. My experience was really life changing and I am really grateful for it! 1. You will learn that salary does not compensate your peace and health. 2. If sometimes you say to yourself: nobody knows everything - then just don't go to Adamo. 3. You'll be promised to have a team but what you get instead is gossiping behind your back, telling constant lies. Some of the workmates are nice but usually they don't have rights to express opinions. 4. It has the kind of management which doesn't show any interest and understanding in your way of working. If you dare to question something or have an own idea, you soon will face to negative critics by your supervisor. 5. They are unable to give any positive feedback, it they want to talk with you in person, be sure it will be a next round of dissatisfaction. 6. If your supervisor doesn't like you, please don't expect him/her to spend a moment analysing your work skills, one person more or less, it is just the same for them. They will find another person they like more. Or, on the contrary. Again. :) Also, you may be laid off without any comments or with pure lies. Which one do you choose? Don't forget, it is always easier to invent things that doesn't exist but smart people always see through the cover story. It is always useful to read the comments and have a small investigation job done before you go to any company. Even if they offer you a great salary, sometimes it may be a trap.
