Pros
Excellent training. Weekly meetings were well structured and a learning experience. Work from home a few days a week.
Cons
Over 100% turnover. People were hired who should not have been. And people are disposable to the company. It's all in numbers, which numbers are important. The company is set up so leadership succeeds and it's hard for new people to be successful. It's a selfish business model. The owner has a short fuse and when times gets rough looses it. Bad hiring decisions caused times to be rough.
