Freedom, Friendly culture. If u have good relations with the management you get to choose your roles and responsibilities. The whole company works as if a family.

Cons

The culture is non professional, a little unorganized, and you definitely are gonna enjoy to work here if u have good relations with the higher management. Sometimes only relations matter the work u do id overlooked. "your boss wish is your command" you are not allowed to use your brain even of you could have done that job more efficiently and in a better way.

Whatever less salary employees are getting it is on time and I don't see any pros in this company.

Cons

1. Extremely less salary. 2. Poor perks being offered. 3. No work life balance. 4. Half working saturdays always get to full working saturdays. 5. A lot of work pressure. 6. Less career growth .
