      I had a very frustrating experience with the recruitment process. The recruiter took forever to respond and kept promising to get back to me, but never did. Communication was extremely slow and unreliable. The hiring process felt unclear and unprofessional. Overall, very disappointing

      Mismatch between the job description and actual responsibilities. Lack of clear career development structure and long-term planning,salary was below market level. Unexpected termination without prior feedback, warning, or performance discussion.
