I can't thinking of any for this place.

Cons

This place is a Ponzi scheme. As far as I can tell there are two executive members, the CEO and CFO. I wouldn't trust either. Horrible work environment. Don't believe the positive reviews. They were most certain written by either of the two executive members mentioned earlier. Too bad there's not a negative star rating, one star seems too high for this place.

Incompetent management, vile behavior on the part of the head honcho, and borderline illegal activity. Someone needs to get the IRS involved. Don't believe the positive reviews you read here, I witnessed first hand the management (there is only a chief executive officer and chief financial officer, neither of which spend quality time in the office) forcing staff members to write positive reviews under penalty of being fired.

Great snacks and drinks in the kitchen...pros stop there.

Cons

Abusive executive management, has no idea how to run sales, these were the most uncaring, heartless, fake, executive management I have ever had to work for. The culture is awful, everyone walks around on eggshells, you are not allowed to get to know your co-workers (all conversation must be 100% about Adara, nothing else is tolerated), if I wanted to join the marines I would have. I want to work in high tech helping companies solve challenges, not worry about who is going to be screamed at for no reason today.
