Pros

Second Chance Employer and people do recover there.

Cons

-Severe Favortism: you will move up if you're overly submissive or don't care to allow them to use your experience/credentials and take the credit for your work -I worked at least 4 ositions worth of work. -Averaged over 60 hours of work a week (which devalues my work), -Was promised raise after raise and promotion after promotion, because of the work I was doing outside my title and job description, and never received one. -I finally stood up for myself, Iwas pushed out and my promises positions were given to other people (most who I trained) because they were passive, "yes men," and often were under qualified, which leaves people stuck because they can't get that type position in any other company but will work for ARC at a below average pay. - They are not what they want people to believe they are... 9 out of 10 in corporate are fake, abuse their power, steal credit, and will "black ball" anyone that goes against the grain or speaks up for themselves.

Bad management

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this place.

Cons

Bad management all around. They do not communicate with each other. They hire people with 6 figures from out of the area to "manage" a dept and they are never around too see the work being done. How can they evaluate their employees in this condition. The upper management has their favorites and will lie, bully, and any other form to get what they want. They do no work but take all the credit. They have no clue what the employees do or what their actual names are. It is a shame when a person with a bachelor's degree gets barely $12 an hour and just because someone kisses butt then they get the higher pay and positions.
