Joining AR it was one of the best decision I have ever made. I am working in the recruitment sector for about 9 years but any other employer didn't give me so much freedom and independence. AR higher management is very helpful and I always can rely on them. Any issues are solved immediately. I am supplying temporary workers and working on perm vacancies. HR and the compliance side of the business are remarkable, the finance/ payroll team are very good and responsive. If you consider working as a freelancer recruiter there is no better place to start rather than Additional Resources.

While working for Additional Resources you are self employed therefore you have the freedom to work the hours you choose and you can work wherever you have an internet connection! Although you are self employed AR have great support teams providing training, job vacancies and back office support.
