      The people you work with are awesome we are truly team oriented.

      Cons

      The management believes in micromanaging and will reverse issues that are clearly not your fault and have you make the adjustment instead of holding the client responsible for their actions. Theres no bereavement leave and you are not compensated for overtime or comp time

      Management made a real effort to create a team environment.

      Management had a serious disconnect on how to improve client relations. My direct supervisor was unable to comprehend my role and job responsibilities.

      Paid well. Generally treated employees well.

      Cons

      In my opinion, they could be short sighted in handling employees at times. Did not give all Federal holidays even to employees working on Federal sites so you had to use vacation.
