      The people you work with are awesome we are truly team oriented.

      Cons

      The management believes in micromanaging and will reverse issues that are clearly not your fault and have you make the adjustment instead of holding the client responsible for their actions. Theres no bereavement leave and you are not compensated for overtime or comp time

      Competitive Salary! Great Team! Very personal company all the way to the top! Free Training in Developing Technologies!

      Cons

      Sometimes I end up being idle and for some that's a Pro, but I don't like standing around. I feel happiest when I am productive and feel that I am contributing to the clients or Company Mission. Other than that, average salary raises was less than inflation, but, to be fair, inflation has been pretty crazy since starting here.
