Repetitive areas of work, not enough opportunity to branch out and upskill in different areas

Horrible higher-ups. They make decisions without consulting the recruiters that actually do the job well and care about recruiting good candidates for the little clients Adecco still has. They take away tools and resources and expect you to make magic happen and as clients are ending their contract with Adecco, no new clients are brought on. The benefits package is also very expensive.
