      Poor leadership, culture, remuneration and retention issues

      Flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Unethically and immorally, lacking remuneration reviews leading to loss of great workers along with unequal pay gaps which are larger than most employers in the current job market. Inexperienced senior leaders and management. Tendency of lacking retention of employees. No bonuses, compensation or benefits. Lacks innovation and change. Uses very old systems with no intention of upgrading.

      Pros

      Global company, the opportunity to head overseas if that suits you. Continual turnover of staff at entry level is both good & bad.

      Cons

      Regular strategic changes make it difficult to provide consistency to clients. Some of the focus is sometimes too heavily in favour of activity for activity's sake, instead of results and long-term client relationships.
