      It's the worst company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      I really can't come up with any pros. Maybe it's being employed very easy, because no one wants to work here.

      Cons

      Well, that's a lot of cons. Poor salary. No management. Totally a mess. Fake bonus, or bonus getting cut because late for work for 10 mins. Forcing you OT with no pay. Setting a random number as your sales target. Setting a higher number as your sales target in the next day. If you failed at those targets, then you will face some trash talks from the boss or be threaten being fired. If you meet those targets, nothing comes up seriously but only a "good job". Boss doesn't know anything, but pretends to know everything. He is the god, don't challenge. Boss is only good at or know three things as far as I know. 1. Yelling 2. Meeting (or bragging) 3. Of course, setting your sales target. There are too many cons to counts, and I'm gonna quit.

      Worst Company Ever Worked For

      Pros

      Boss's language skill is minimal therefore English Speaking staffs won't be bothered. Senior Managers are very reasonable and easy to get along. Coworkers are all nice people and easy to work with as a team.

      Cons

      The owner knows nothing about what is effective and efficient organization management. Meetings usually last more than 2 hours full of boss's yelling with no clear result to be reached, which undermines employee productivity significantly. Always assign various unrelated projects to irrelevant staff under tight schedule. Lack of clear vision causes many hard works end up wasted. Salaries never paid on time (always drag more than a week). Forced OT on weekends with no pay.
