      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Bosses are kind and understanding. There is no termination due to Covid 19 pandemic and every year AWS and Bonuses are given out to staff. Staff benefits have been improved steadily. Colleagues work cordially together. Is a stable company to work for.

      Pros

      Nothing much, but you may learn how to survive under being pressing down situation.

      Cons

      No future and just get being blamed and pointing fingers. So many politic-plays and throw balls. Suggest not to join unless seriously look for job.

      Worst Organisation to work

      Colleagues are jolly nice there.

      Cons

      Overall organisation structure there is messy. Management people there are not easy to deal with. Political there especially Management level. Hard to survive if you are the straight forward person. Provide benefit not across the board.
