      Pros

      Location in Hove and sick pay.

      Cons

      No employee is actually qualified to do their job within this company. Very unprofessional. If you are looking for zero career progression then this company is for you. Poor culture, if you are not “a favourite” you will be treated very badly. Lots of long standing employees get their way here and it’s a joke of a business.

      Pros

      Some members of the team are really nice, there is a family environment, with team events organised by the team. Working hours are not too long.

      Cons

      Managers do not trust their staff. HR policies on sick pay, holiday, WFH arrangements etc are quite out-dated and need to be modernised.
