The people are the best in the company! It's a good place to start your career and learn for one year and move to a company/agency with a career plan.
Cons
In Spain, salaries are extremely low (business model) but you will become a paid social media expert in a very short period. Usually, campaigns manager work on agencies' offices and after one year the agency will hire you (take this as a great opportunity for you). Adglow growth quickly from 2016, opening offices across 15 countries but in 2019 past wrong decisions affected the business, around 20% of the staff in Spain was fired the same day, as a consequence all staff with more experience left the company in the following days. Every year the strategy of the company changed without a clear direction. In spite to invest in Dev & Product team, ADAM, the platform to manage social media campaigns doesn't work!
