      * Build a terrific global network * Work/life balance *Competitive pay and benefits *Strong culture, not a typical agency grind *We like to promote from within

      It's a very small team in Austin, thus you have to wear many hats and that isn't for everyone. Further, with such a small team, it requires everyone to step up when someone is out on vacation, sick, etc. You really feel that temporary void. While salaries are on par with the industry, bonuses are tough to get.
