None Has a highly bureaucratic structure and slow decision making
Cons
Little sense of ownership and accountability, overall productivity is low. Senior mgr tends to focus on reports and high level metrics, no employee development or real problem solving. Not recommend for anyone seeking productivity or growth oriented workplace.

* their hardware team in Aukland seem to be quite skilled.
Cons
* terrible lack of communication * no culture. * no one helps anyone. You're on your own. * awful code. Long history of repos changing hands from old agencies. No one really knows how the code works anymore.
