More learning in small team. No work pressure. Super timing 9 am to 6pm no overtime. Got motivation every time from team and MD of the company.
Cons
very less salary 8000 /month at joining time upto 9 month. hike takes much time. no senior employee support in learning instead they motivate you for doing things
