Some of the most talented people Culture and atmosphere can be fun, but is directly based on whether or not management is in a good mood that day.
Cons
They enjoy taking advantage of the whole "we are a family" selling point when hiring. When in reality it is a very dysfunctional family where mom and dad are never home and the spoiled son is in charge. They underpay and over work. This is what they like to call the "Adjective Way" The owners don't live in state and are rarely around. There is very little room for growth within the company. They promote unlimited PTO, they will fight you on any time you want to take off
