Pros

Sweet Treat Fridays 9 - 5.30 no long hours No pressure on you as long as you hit targets - if you don't hit targets then you probably will still be okay, job security is not really threatened. Everyone is a friendly face. Good intro into the world of Marketing and agencies etc. Company loans - seasonal and personal NLP Training

Cons

Shameful professional treatment of Employees - Do not pay your commission if you leave no matter how much you have earned. Roughly 2/3 people hit target per team of around 8 each year. Wanted to withhold Statutory Holiday Pay, had to threaten with legal proceedings to get this paid. Suppress talented individuals - you have to prove yourself to go on company meetings even if you are making a 4/5k deal. No progression into management. If you're a talented salesperson, do not join this company. You make minimal commission - OTE advertised as 12k which is 10% of yearly target, when you hit target, you've probably received 40% of this. If you're happy collecting a basic each month, this is the job for you. YOU CANNOT EAT DURING WORKING HOURS!!!! - A full grown man had to eat cereal under his desk as it was after 9am!?
