Pros

Good pay, large quantity of assignments

Cons

VERY Poor communication, emails and phone calls go ignored a large portion of the time. You will only receive a call back if management is being chewed out by someone above their head. Multiple emails and calls about an advance also went unacknowledged. Loss notices were shockingly empty and support is terrible.

Pros

None that I can think of. And I'm thinking...

Cons

They lie about everything You get hired doing one thing and the switch it up and have you doing something else The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. There are nothing but changes and you have to just fall in line or get the boot There are examiners working on claims who don't have a license The steal time from us by falsifying our time cards If you work 40 hrs and 5 min they take off the 5 min. Everything about this company especially the manager Vedra feels like a scam! Do NOT WORK HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Pros

There are no pros that make it worth it to work with this company

Cons

The cheating is unbelievable. Some processors are allowed to find claims and hold them for themselves. They look for all the easy ones. There is not a fair distribution of claims. The training is joke, they train you and have you do all the difficult claims while only the privileged do many easy claims with no records to read. You are paid per claim, so if one person finds 100 prescription refills, they are making $$$ in a short time while others struggle to do 5 in that time frame. The underprivileged are assigned difficult claims while some get to pick their claims.
