      Pros

      A fast paced environment at times, the employees all felt like one big family that would help fill in on other departments if needed. Great company culture where employees' hard work was always recognized and employees were treated to frequent morale boosters like free meals and company sponsored bowling nights

      Most colleagues were friendly and always willing to help you when needed

      This job is NOT for you if you dislike: handling two incoming customer/prospect phone calls and responding on the chat line SIMULTANEOUSLY! (That happens 75% of your time) Tedious and ridiculous order processing procedure - seemed like at least 10 steps to get an order done, a time consuming inefficient procedure; two floors - sales dept in the bottom floor with NO windows; turnover seemed higher than expected
