Pros

The talented people who have stayed and grown! Unfortunately this company cannot keep its once extremely loyal employees. Good discount capped at $500, cheap beauty treatments.

Cons

If you want to work with a company which has absolutely no interest in motivating you this is the place your soul goes to die. There's alot of fake people within this company, it used to be very organic and filled of people who had faith in the company. any company event is basically a photo op. there's favouritism amongst the teams and often the favourites are hugely promoted based on friendships. Wages are dodgy as, keep an eye on it. Nobody has a far wage unless super higher up. Warehouse have some bullying with teamleaders Warehouse are treated like dogs hit compared to the high street employees. People have been sack with absolutely no merit or truth behind the sacking. You are expected to work like a dog with zero direction, help or support. Once this company was sold into the stock market everything turned badly. Honestly, goodluck.. not worth it

Pros

Discount 1 day off every 2 weeks

Cons

The high street office is toxic, and numerous reports of bullying have been swept under the rug. The managers talk about how they don't stand for the mistreatment of people but openly gossip and badmouth their direct reports in the office. They've hired multiple inexperienced managers so they can pay them less which has led to poor leadership and direction. The structure is confusing and leadership seems to have more arguments than ever. It's a chaotic, reactive place that's beginning to have a high turnover of employees. Possibly one to avoid if you're not willing to put up with the above. They made us do a culture survey full of leading questions (like, why do you love working at adore?) that didn't allow for any constructive criticism. And the majority of people I've talked to about salaries are underpaid.

Pros

Discounts are quite generous here

Cons

Multiple females in my time there were made redundant or demoted during parental leave. Seeing Kate Morris's feminist posts online is actually sickening. Nepotism is everywhere, as other posts have noted
