      Room for improvement in culture

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth, taking on new roles; creativity is embraced and encouraged even in non-traditionally creative roles; Several senior level employees will go out of their way to help you grow and allow flexibility within a job title to help you find your strengths and weaknesses.

      Cons

      Lack of management in the office led to a lot of confusion about organizational structure and roles; Lack of communication, gossip amoungst senior leaders was disappointing and trickled down to lower level employees causing a lot of unnecessary drama; horrible HR benefits and archaic parent company policies and pay grade that are not up-to-par with comparibly sized agencies; parent company “sales wins” are consistently applauded but the praise rarely trickles down and sales teams are the only beneficiaries, despite the creative work being the catalyst to the sales pitch win; several people on the leadership team lack professionalism in the office and in client settings reflecting poorly on the agency and opening the door to lower and mid level employees adopting this same lack of professonalism

      We welcome the opportunity to respond. As a growing, entrepreneurial company, some of the challenges around workflow can be attributed to the fast-paced nature of our work environment. Issues surrounding organizational structure are currently being addressed, as the company has just completed a management buyout from our former parent company. Our executive leadership and management teams are committed to creating a company culture where employees are both valued and rewarded.

      Senior leadership in this business are completely in it for themselves, could not care less about anyone but themselves.

      Holidays, PTO, that's about it.

      Horrible upper management Totally unorganized company. Leadership is non-existent They probably won't last long without their parent company
