First, the opportunities to learn from others here are very limited. Most of the staff rely on past cases rather than properly following established guidelines. Second, if you aim to advance in this organization, you need to prepare yourself by obtaining a professional qualification. Even if you are highly experienced and skilled, promotions to management levels are unlikely compared to larger companies. Despite being an SME, this organization has expectations and workloads similar to those of a Big 4 firm but offers SME-level pay and benefits. This place may be more suitable for individuals with professional qualifications, as they are treated differently and often have better opportunities.

Hard to claim OT, managers always press staffs to do files even though you work very hard and submit one file per week already. Don't treat you like a person and never show compassionate. They only want their revenue. KPI too high and maybe you can hit KPI if you are willing to sacrifice your health and don't sleep. The managers from one team are stingy, different team has different culture. Managers like to criticise staffs and talk bad about staffs in front of another staff. Think many times before you want to work here as auditor.
