Really dynamic environment where the talent matters as much as the human side. It is a true meritocracy, you really have the chance to grow and look for your best profesional path in the company.
Cons
It's not the best place if you're looking for a comfortable job that doesn't challenge you. It is a very intense place in all aspects, intellectually, at a human level....
