- Huge lack of project management (mostly none existing) - No task management (had to be post-it notes on your desk) - Large lack of support, no training was allowed (though one line manager was ace enough to try) - pay is low for the sector - lacked testing or training hardware

Training was non-existient, a brief couple of months shadowing the boss. The boss was so stressed out that pure liquid stress would ooze out of them. Not exactly the best training environment. During my time there, the team consisted of only graduates who would answer any of my questions and provided aid.
