Good team members A lot of help from people working there Flexibility when it comes to working remote
Cons
The managing partners are completely above everyone else. They do even explain their decisions. People get fired all the time without any given reason and of course, people get hired all the time. About 80% of the people working there have been hired for less than a year. Therefore, there's is a lot of uncertainty and lacks possible advancement paths.
