Terrible management all across the board, HR is a total joke, inconsistent protocols, no pay raises, over the top mandatory monthly quotas, unrealistic expectations from providers, high staff turnover, no communication, lying, gossip, bullying, no proper training sink or swim, unorganized, favoritism, outdated resources, the list goes on and on!
