Pros
colleagues in Taipei office are friendly and willing to support each other cross functional team work smoothly across the nations including customer service and factory side.
Cons
HR in Asia managed office worker like staff in factory in manufacturing. However, we need to work in different time zones. HR do not have any flexiblity as they create a system to need check in/out and check time table every day. company was in mergy status, the organisation was not very stable.
