Mandatory overtime all year long, subs for lunch sometimes, no real bonus or incentives until end of year. management doesn't seem to care about the common worker just how much work they can squeeze out of you. Longer tenure people stand around and talk all day. If you get a job here prepare to be mentally and physically drained from upper management.

Production is largely mismanaged, you don't always have what you need to finish the job so you have to set it aside and start something else. Then when the materials do show up, the first job becomes a huge rush. Safety is largely ignored by leadership, power tools are all cheap residential grade, so not compliant in a shop situation. People with no welding experience are trying to tell seasoned welders how to weld. Employees are subject to belittlement in production huddles.
