      Pros

      Very friendly people. Being new to the industry they spent their own money giving me certifications and valuable life lessons. Having managers that are hands off is great because it shows that they trust you and it is much appreciated. Having weekly meetings with entire staff helped give clarity into the managers' and owner expectations. Having a company vehicle was very much appreciated. If you are new to the industry or an experience in this line of work, I recommend AGHS. If you put in time and effort, you will be rewarded with this company.

      Cons

      Sometimes work spills over into the weekend. Dealing with customers from all different backgrounds across the world can be difficult.

      I love working at AGHS

      Commission structure allows employees to maximize pay. Weekly pay. Flexible Great work environment Ability to grow.

      Cons

      The usual stresses that come with a small business. Sometimes you need to wear many hats.

      This is a honest review as I have worked at other places, I honestly never thought a place like this existed.

      Pros

      We have a very supportive team in management who is understanding and willing to help the employees achieve their goals, professionally and personally. By far the best place I have worked at with over 10 years in the trade.

      Cons

      Some of the programs we utilize could be a little bit better. But most of this is our of our hands.
