      Great staff and benefits, but unclear culture and direction

      Staff is great and work together well. Benefits are comfortable and flexibility when needed.

      Cons

      Culture is not clear and genuine to what is stated. Many times change comes across with authoritarian style implementation. Corporate needs more ears on the ground to understand better the day to day. Lack of a clear plan to streamline and grow this brand.
