Discriminatory Culture, Micromanagement, and Lack of Flexibility
Pros
Honestly, none that I can highlight. The lack of fairness, flexibility, and basic respect overshadows everything else
Cons
My experience with this company has been disappointing, especially as someone who was genuinely committed and hardworking. While some employees are allowed the flexibility of hybrid or work-from-home models, others like myself are denied this entirely, with no transparency or fairness in how such decisions are made. This inconsistency creates a clear sense of discrimination and favoritism in the workplace. The micromanagement is excessive, something as simple as stepping away from your desk for 5–10 minutes becomes an issue. You feel constantly watched. It creates a culture of anxiety rather than support. On top of this, the workload is heavy, expectations are high, and yet the salary and appreciation do not reflect the effort put in. There is little to no recognition for going above and beyond. I personally covered for colleagues without complaint, yet received criticism rather than support. Overall, this is not a healthy or supportive environment, especially for someone going through life transitions. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone who values respect, fairness, or mental well-being.
