      Compared to other FMCG companies in the same product line, it's not as intense

      Cons

      Everything is micromanaged Most of the time, you have to agree with Management eventhough they are wrong Other departments that have been there for decades are absolutely not welcoming, which makes for an extremely toxic environment

      - very stagnant & dull environment - wouldn't suggest this company for those in their early 20s - favoritism & politics seen here though very subtle
