An average company with potential to be much better

Pros

They do not micromanage their therapists which is a plus. Salary, medical and dental benefits offered are commiserate with other agencies.

Cons

Vacation and sick time offered is woefully poor, oftentimes leaving professionals both overworked and under-appreciated. Upper management seems to have a lack of understanding of the efficacy of mental health services which is reflected in subpar treatment of therapists.

Free food and awesome co-workers.

Cons

Owners do not communicate effectively. No showed at the business for some weeks and then forced management to lay off in-office staff.

management is awful. pay is bad. the entire establishment is super unorganized. they don’t care about you or their patients.
