Pros
They do not micromanage their therapists which is a plus. Salary, medical and dental benefits offered are commiserate with other agencies.
Cons
Vacation and sick time offered is woefully poor, oftentimes leaving professionals both overworked and under-appreciated. Upper management seems to have a lack of understanding of the efficacy of mental health services which is reflected in subpar treatment of therapists.
