Pros

Fair pay Opportunity for overtime during backlog Flexible Schedule Benefits Well stocked snacks and weekly lunch hands-on CEO present daily Great company mission and aspirations Nice office and potential to be amazing under right managment..( i.e hopefully more aligned with his philosophy of value feedback over dismissiveness/ ego).

Cons

This company has a deeply toxic work culture that I do not recommend. As others wrote here- it accurately reflects my experience as well. Listen to what others are saying: Leadership fosters an environment where ego and favoritism override professionalism, operating in cliques, often prioritizing friendships over fairness or merit. This creates a culture of manipulation, passive-aggressiveness, and gaslighting, where employees are pitted against each other, and mistakes are often exaggerated or misrepresented. Work was often mismanaged, expectations shifted, and situations were later reframed in ways that did not reflect what actually happened. I was ultimately terminated following a series of write-ups tied to mistakes that stemmed from manipulated workflows, inconsistent direction, and narratives around situations that did not occur as presented. leadership and internal teams worked backward to support a predetermined story rather than objectively review the facts. Verbal abuse, belittling, and manipulative tactics are common, and leadership does not intervene effectively. There was a strong gaslighting culture where employees were made to question their own understanding of events, even when they had clear recollection of what took place. Gossip through secret chats, verbal belittling, petty traps, and false or changing stories were all part of the environment. The workplace culture lacked professionalism and respect. Passive-aggressive remarks, mocking behavior, and open joking about drama were normalized, often creating an immature and uncomfortable environment. Concerns about bullying or disrespect were frequently dismissed as part of the culture rather than addressed. Overall, the atmosphere encouraged toxicity over accountability and made it difficult to work in a truly professional setting. Free perks like lunch may appear generous but seem to serve as a superficial attempt to cover up systemic issues of poor leadership training, lack of accountability, and an abusive work culture. The environment encourages self-sabotage, traps, and constant tension, making it difficult to succeed or feel secure without constant aniexty affecting work performance. If you value a respectful, transparent workplace with accountable leadership, this is not the place- at least not under current leadership unfortunately.
